Location

Still Creek Vineyards is located in St. Mary's County, which is known as the 'Mother County of Maryland' as it is where the first English colonists which founded the state landed. Shaped by the Chesapeake Bay and its mighty tributaries, the Patuxent and Potomac Rivers, the St. Mary's peninsula has fostered a traditional lifestyle anchored in the natural bounty of the Tidewater. Today, Maryland's oldest county blends a vibrant economy, as it is the state's fastest growing region in terms of technology-related jobs, with its rural past, giving the area a unique character as well as a high quality of life. The area is steeped in history, tradition and has been welcoming visitors to its shores for over 375 years. With so much to see and experience in the area combined with the short drive south from Washington, D.C., Baltimore, Richmond and Annapolis, Still Creek is just right for a family daytrip or a weekend adventure.
